Officer Matt Harper and his family received heartbreaking news that his 19 year old daughter, who was living in Utah, had passed away. This death is extremely tragic and unexpected. Matt and his family are now faced with the emotional stress and financial stress of burying their daughter. Funds raised would greatly help the family with funeral expenses, travel expenses and a multitude of other expense incurred from travelling to Utah for funeral arrangements. Any assistance is greatly appreciated in helping Matt and his family during this difficult time. https://porac.org/fundraiser/menifeepoa_mattharper/
